Terms and Conditions for Consultation Service
By booking an online consultation with PharmBridge, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below. These terms govern the use of our services and the relationship between you (the client) and PharmBridge.
PharmBridge provides consultation services for registered pharmacists seeking to immigrate to Australia. The advice and guidance offered are based on current immigration laws and policies. However, laws and policies are subject to change, and PharmBridge cannot guarantee specific outcomes.
Payment : Full payment is required at the time of booking the consultation.
Refunds : Once the consultation has been provided, no refunds will be issued. If you cancel the consultation more than 48 hours in advance, a refund minus an administrative fee may be provided.
PharmBridge will not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. The client is responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information provided to PharmBridge.
All information shared by the client during the consultation will be kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of providing the agreed-upon services. However, PharmBridge may be required to disclose information if mandated by law.
PharmBridge provides professional advice and assistance, but we do not have control over the decisions made by immigration authorities. Therefore, we cannot guarantee the approval of any visa applications.
The client is responsible for providing accurate and complete information and documents as required for the immigration process. Failure to do so may affect the outcome of the services provided.
PharmBridge reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts in Vadodara, India.
In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first seek resolution through mediation before pursuing any legal action.
All content, materials, and information provided by PharmBridge during the consultation are the intellectual property of PharmBridge and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written consent.
PharmBridge reserves the right to terminate services at its discretion, particularly in cases where the client provides false information or engages in unlawful activities.
By booking and using our consultation services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
