General Manager – Lead PharmBridge Australia Operations

PharmBridge Solutions Pty Ltd is a growing pharmaceutical company specializing in recruitment, immigration services, and the import/export of pharmaceutical products. We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to lead our Australia operations, overseeing all services and product offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategically manage and expand business operations across Australia.
• Oversee pharmaceutical recruitment, immigration services, and international trade.
• Develop and implement growth strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Build and maintain relationships with industry stakeholders, partners, and regulatory bodies.
• Ensure compliance with Australian business, immigration, and pharmaceutical regulations.
• Lead a high-performing team, driving operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Minimum B.Pharm and MBA with a strong background in pharmaceuticals, healthcare, or recruitment.
• Proven experience in a senior leadership role with business development and market expansion expertise.
• Strong understanding of regulatory compliance in pharmaceuticals and immigration services.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to drive revenue growth and manage multi-service business operations.
